CHACO CANYON: 70,000+ VOICES DEMANDING PROTECTION 🏜️
Over 70,000 public comments filed in ONE WEEK. The message is clear: Hands OFF sacred Chaco Canyon.
The Trump administration is planning to withdraw protections from oil and gas development around Chaco, prompting massive community response (Native American Rights Fund) .
But tribal nations and allies won't stay silent.
What's at stake:
⚡ Sacred burial grounds
⚡ Ancient Ancestral Puebloan sites
⚡ Tribal sovereignty
⚡ Environmental devastation
Tribal leaders and New Mexico officials are united: We will oppose this.
Your voice matters too. Keep the pressure on. Share. Comment. Demand protection for sacred lands.

VOTING RIGHTS UNDER ATTACK: NATIVE VOICES MATTER 🗳️
The U.S. Supreme Court struck down Louisiana's congressional map, dealing a major blow to the Voting Rights Act and opening the door for states to more easily dilute the voting power of Native Americans (Native News Online) .
This is a direct attack on tribal sovereignty.
The impact:
⚡ Native voting rights are being erased
⚡ The Navajo Nation and other tribes are defending the voting rights of all Indigenous citizens after the Supreme Court narrowed civil rights protections tribes have used for decades to challenge the dilution of Native voting power (Navajo Times)
⚡ Election districts can now ignore Native populations
⚡ Tribal influence is being weakened
⚡ Democracy for Indigenous peoples is threatened
But tribes are fighting back. Navajo Nation. NARF. National Congress of American Indians. Standing together. Demanding justice.
Your vote matters. Native voices matter. Stand with tribal nations.

This debate has grown in film and television.

Some say Native roles should be played by Native actors.

Others argue casting should depend on performance, not identity.

Why this matters:

• Representation

• Opportunity

• Cultural authenticity

Should Hollywood stop casting non-Natives in Native roles?

YES or NO?

The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma has achieved a milestone by becoming the first Indigenous nation to issue a comprehensive ban on data center construction on its land. Rooted in the tribe's commitment to preserving its natural resources, land, and sovereignty, this bold decision prioritizes the well-being of the land and its inhabitants over corporate interests. Data centers, essential for the digital economy, have been expanding rapidly across the United States, consuming vast amounts of water and energy, and often harming local ecosystems. By taking proactive measures, the Seminole Nation ensures the preservation of its land for cultural, environmental, and economic well-being. This historic decision also underscores the nation's sovereignty and ability to assert its rights amidst growing technological expansion. Furthermore, it sets a precedent for other Indigenous nations and communities facing similar threats, highlighting the importance of balancing progress with sustainability and environmental respect. The Seminole Nation's leadership in advocating for responsible land use serves as a powerful example for the world.

History asks one simple question…
For nations like the Apache Tribe, land was never just property…
It was life, freedom, and identity.
In the past, many Native communities were forced to leave their homes…
Not by choice
but by power.
Homes were taken.
Lives were changed forever.
Now here’s the question:
Should people be forced to leave their land…
even if it’s for development or expansion?
Think before you answer 👇
👉 "YES"
👉 "NO"
No long explanations.
Just one word.

He had ONE choice… and millions still debate it
Most people scroll past this…
But don’t.
For communities like the Lakota People, one moment in history changed everything.
They were told…
👉 Stay peaceful
👉 Trust the situation
No one expected what came next.
Families stayed together.
No weapons ready.
No plan to fight.
Just hope.
Then suddenly…
Everything turned into chaos.
That moment later became known as the Wounded Knee Massacre.
And one decision still divides people today.
Because right before it happened…
There was a choice.
Trust…
or prepare.
Most people say “trust is right.”
But history didn’t reward that choice.
So here’s the real question:
If you knew something felt wrong…
would you still trust… or act early?
Don’t overthink.
👇 One word only:
🤝 "TRUST"
⚠️ "ACT"
