This year's theme hits for us. Sometimes it's hard to bring our best selves to work each day. And even harder to have a conversation about why. Let's normalize mental health days, de-stigmatizing mental health in the workplace (and beyond) and having open and honest conversations about how we are all doing. I am beyond grateful to my team for being patient when I'm struggling and letting me bring my "full self" to work each day.
