This Full Body Exercise is SO much harder than it looks because you are trying to maintain stability while also working all three angles of the b***y. This exercise is mainly hitting your Glutes and Core.
PAY ATTENTION☝🏻 to what I’m doing with my angles here. I am doing a SL kickback immediately into a 45degree SL abduction and then immediately into a SL abduction. 3 different angles I’m kicking out into for each rep, while holding my core and maintaining as much balance as i can on the bosu ball.
If you want this move to be more about the Glutes, then lift the b***y up more to form a slight Pike. If you want This move to be more about the abs, then lower the b***y down to more of a plank.
I personally like to find a sweet spot between the pike position and the plank position for this exercise.
-
Routine: 4 sets of reps until failure on each leg. All three kicks for all three angles, equal one rep. 90 seconds of rest between sets for these !
