The creators in that room left me proud to be a part of that collective and fortunate to do what I love!

As a co-governor of the Choreography peer group, my job is to advocate for choreographers, be the liaison to the academy, and discuss various problems that may arise. The diversity of the choreographer’s peer group is a spectrum of hues, gifts, strengths and bodies, and I do not take for granted the shoulders I’m standing on and the position I am afforded.

PS: The Creative Arts Emmys took place over 2 days. I’m not fly enough to do a costume change!

told me that long before we ever talked about collabing, she bought her red suit specifically with the intention of having it for a collab with me when she came back to LA. And here we are 😄 Thank you Natalia. The red suit looked amazing on you!
