Satya Yoga Wear is a 10 year established, profit generating business that is looking for a new owner to evolve it into her next chapter. The sale of will include the following:
- The domain www.satyayogawear.com and current website platform (Shopify)
- Existing hosting platform (through to?)
- Satya Yoga Wear’s Etsy shop which has been active for over 12 years with strong listing positions*
- Satya Yoga Wear’s wholesale platform on Faire
- on Instagram with over 15k followers
- Established search engine listings
- All images including product as well as images produced for social media and email marketing
- Email Marketing database of over 5k email addresses
- Introduction to our production facility based in Bali, Indonesia who will remain contracted to Satya Yoga Wear under new management for an agreed term, including access to our production manager and lead tailor with whom all designs are developed
- All existing patterns and previously discontinued patterns that were designed by Satya Yoga Wear
- Support from previous owner for an agreed term and with agreed parameters
- All held stock, a current value of $4,500 USD at full retail
