Listen we get it, when you’re involved in handling secret messages 🥸 people get a little antsy, which is completely understandable!
👉Here’s some commonly asked questions from our concerned customers about our small business to help reassure you when you choose to Send a Card Anonymously:
Q: Will my name or info be anywhere on the order? 🤔
A: As long as you choose the “YES send it anonymously” box when you Add to Cart, then your name, your address, and any other personal info linked to you WILL NOT be anywhere on the sent package 🙂↔️
Q: Then where does the package say that it’s shipping from? 📦
A: The return address will say that it’s from us, Cactus & Cedar 🌵&🌲
Q: How can I ensure it will be anonymous? 🥸
A: We are a small business and it’s only 1️⃣ person who handles each and every incoming order. Michelle (🫡owner) handwrites each message, enters the recipient’s shipping address provided by the anonymous customer, and ships each package with care! ✍️
Q: Should I put the recipient’s email instead of my email? 📧
A: NO ❌ Please do not put the recipient’s email because the order & tracking info will be sent to them automatically once you place the anonymous order 🚨This defeats the purpose of keeping things anonymous! 🚨 Please provide your email🫵 so you can keep track of the order.
Q: I placed an anonymous card order, but want to cancel it, what should I do? 🚫
A: Use our contact us page or email us that you want to cancel your package and we will do our best to fulfill that request.
