GIVE-IT-A-TRI is back everyone! This program we will be working on training for the Tinsel Triathlon which will take place on December 12th in Hemet. This Saturday’s session we will be giving an introduction explaining race details, what’s to expect out of the program, and the course paperwork. Once we’re all wrapped up there we will be doing our first Saturday workout which will be a 1 mile run/walk.
