So got a call from this customer, stated his grow tent was getting way to hot ! upon arriving I opened the grow tent which felt like a rain forest ! checked the smart controller 85 Degrees at 70% humidity ! Upon going through the tent I noticed the pre filter on the carbon filter was completely white (picture down below).. When I set this tent up for the customer a month back the pre filter was brand new jet black!... After scoping through the tent I found the problem was the customer was not using distilled water in the humidifier.. tore the whole tent apart sanitized it from wall to wall fans and all pulled carbon filter off got new socks order and a water distiller (using distilled water from store till arrives) for customer and back to brand new temps 75 degrees at 58% humidity
