This is the last week of the Summer CSA and we are feeling it.

Six weeks of hand-cut bouquets. Six weeks of walking the beds every morning, picking what is most beautiful, and putting it in someone's hands the same day it was growing in our field. It never gets old.

To every member who was part of this summer run — thank you. You make this whole thing possible.

The Fall CSA opens in September and it is going to be stunning. Dahlias, mums, sunflowers, all the harvest tones. If you want in, now is the time to grab your spot. Link in the comments. 💐

If you're new here, welcome! And if you've been around for a while, consider this a little reintroduction to our family and farm 🌸

We're Ed and Holly Clawson, the family behind La Bella Vito Farm in Loomis, California.

A few years ago, we had a simple dream: to create a beautiful life for our family, care for the land, and build something that could be shared with our community. In Italian, La Bella Vito means "a beautiful life," and that's what we're still working toward every day on our little piece of land.

These days, you'll usually find us growing flowers, collecting eggs, tending animals, hosting farm camp, and trying to soak up as much time outside as we can.

We're so glad you're here and hope you'll stick around as we share flowers, animals, fresh food, and a little bit of everyday life on the farm. 🌿

We are still not over the fact that our little farm was on HGTV. 🌸

Seeing La Bella Vito Farm on screen was surreal enough, and then Jonathan Knight FaceTimed in to say hello. It was such a fun surprise for everyone, including us.

Thank you again to everyone who was part of it, whether you joined us on the farm or cheered us on from home. We are still taking it all in.

And in other exciting news, our farm-made rose water and bath salts are now available at The Shop in Granite Bay. 🌿

We're grateful for the way you love our family, support our dreams, and show up every single day, even when no one is watching.

Our kids are lucky to call you Dad, and we're lucky to do life with you.

Friday morning in Loomis🌸

Taylor's Parking Lot, 8am to 11am — remember our new hours! Come find us for fresh dahlias, lilies, sunflowers, eggs, honey, and rose water and bath salts.

It has been a hot one at both markets lately so come early if you can. The flowers are at their absolute best in the morning anyway.

Hog shares are open now if you've been waiting for pasture-raised pork this fall, and meat chickens are coming soon too. Come find us and we'll fill you in. 🌿

Hoplia beetles are back

These little brown beetles love white flowers and are often mistaken for Japanese beetles. We've also noticed them showing up a bit earlier this year.

We are still smiling this morning 🌸

Last night was something we'll never forget.

To everyone who joined us on the farm for our HGTV watch party, thank you. Seeing so many familiar faces gathered together to celebrate, watch the episode, and share the moment with us made the night even more special than we could have imagined.

What started as a simple dream became a celebration with our community, and we are so grateful to have shared that moment with all of you.

Thank you for spending your evening with us, for cheering us on, and for being part of this journey. We truly appreciate you.

Fresh flowers and a full morning at the market. 🌸

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today, picked up bouquets, and supported our little farm.

One of our favorite parts of this season is seeing these flowers go from the field to someone's kitchen table, front porch, or gift for a friend.

If you missed us in Loomis today, we'll be at Quarry Park in Rocklin tomorrow from 8 am to 1 pm. The farmstand will also be open Sunday from 9am at the farm. 🌿

One of our favorite things about this time of year is watching the fields come to life. 🌸

After months of planting, watering, weeding, and waiting, the fields are finally filling up with color, and we're getting to share those blooms in bouquets each week.

There is something special about seeing flowers go from a small plant in the field to a bouquet headed home with someone.

We're soaking up every minute of it and looking forward to everything still to come this season. 🌿
