Two rides with Sera coming up! Thursday night cycle & Saturday morning 🩷🩷 Beginners are WELCOME 💋

Thursday is a 45 minute cycle class. It’s all on the bike, but expect a mix of cycle/upper body/short breaks.

Saturday is spin & abs! You can expect 30 minutes on the bike followed by 10 minutes of ab work on the mat.
