🇺🇸 Going BIG for the 250th! 🇺🇸

We knew with the 250th Fourth of July coming up, we couldn’t just print something small… so we went all out.

Fresh off the printers here at 4M3D in Longview, WA, this massive Titan 3D Uncle Sam design is officially ready to steal the show at the lake for the Fourth of July event!

This guy was no joke:

22 plates
2,967.58 grams of Ambrosia filament
Printed across a few of our Bambu A1s
And just the striped pants alone took 1 day, 18 hours, and 21 minutes 😳

Titan 3D does give the option to print solid blue pants, which would probably save close to a full day… but for the 250th, we had to make this one stand out as much as possible.

Every color on this print was done with Ambrosia Filament, and it absolutely delivered:

🔴 Ambrosia Voron Red for the red
⚪ Ambrosia White for the white
🧑 Ambrosia Skin for the skin tone
🔵 Ambrosia Blue for the jacket and hat band
🩶 Ambrosia Cool Pearl Gray for the hair and beard

That Cool Pearl Gray was the perfect choice. I debated between silk silver and a normal gray, but the pearl finish made the hair pop in the best way.

Huge credit to Titan 3D for another amazing design. This one is a tab-and-glue assembly instead of a true snap-together model, but the fit, details, and final look came together beautifully.

We are big fans of Titan 3D, and this is exactly the kind of print that reminds us why. Massive, detailed, fun, and perfect for a celebration this big.

Come see him in person at our booth for the Fourth of July event at the lake. This guy is definitely going to turn some heads. 🇺🇸🔥

⚡ New Print at 4M3D — Sonic as Doctor Doom! ⚡

This fan-inspired crossover turned out absolutely amazing. The detail came out great, and the colors really brought the whole thing together.

For this one, we used:

🟢 Ambrosia Armored Turtle Green for the cloak
🟤 Ambrosia Skin for the tan details
⚙️ ERYONE Silk Silver for the armor

This was printed as a multi-plate project, so no AMS was required, and everything assembled beautifully.

People ask me all the time how I decide what to print, and honestly, most of the time it is pretty simple:

“Hey, that looks cool. I want that in my store.”

And lo and behold, that is how we end up with some pretty awesome prints around here.

Stop by 4M3D and check us out. We have everything from gigantic, multi-foot-tall display pieces to tiny minis, fidgets, collectibles, and plenty of other geeky goodness.

You never know what is going to show up next!

📚 Our Geekiness Has Officially Spread to My Crafty Lady Boutique! 📚

We’ve had the pleasure of sharing space and working alongside My Crafty Lady Boutique for the past few years, and Cheryl never stops impressing us with what she can create.

We were recently chit-chatting about Dungeon Crawler Carl, and I mentioned how badly I wanted The Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook made into a journal. I thought it would be amazing to have something that looked like the book described in the series.

Well, lo and behold, just a couple of days later, Cheryl surprised me with this!

It looks absolutely incredible—just like the versions you see online and exactly how you would imagine it from the books. The best part is that it is a fully usable, lined journal. Top-notch work!

She said she can make more, too. Anyone interested can contact Cheryl at My Crafty Lady Boutique and let her know you’re looking for a Dungeon Crawler Carl–inspired Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook journal. She can give you all the details.

We may specialize in bringing geeky things to life with 3D printers, but Cheryl proves that My Crafty Lady can bring the nerdiness to life in plenty of other amazing ways, too!

It appears that PLA was utilized in the fabrication of fi****ms, specifically with an Ender 3D printer. This raises questions regarding the authenticity of the image, as PLA is known to have a low heat deflection temperature and would likely deform in a heated environment such as a vehicle interior.

🎓 Local High School Spinners Are Here! 🎓

With graduation just behind us, we’ve received several requests for local high school team spinners. Then one of our amazing customers—the owner of the brand-new Three Rivers Driving School—asked us to create a set representing all of our local high schools!

After my wife designed them, we’re excited to officially release our new local school spinner collection. Here are a few fresh off the printers, including Castle Rock, Toledo, Kalama, and Kelso. The Wahkiakum Mules are on the printer as we speak!

Our spinners have been incredibly popular over the past year and a half. Until now, we’ve mainly offered professional and college football, baseball, and basketball designs—but now we’re bringing that same idea home to our local schools.

Need a custom spinner? We can create one for your business, school, team, middle school, elementary school—or even your kindergarten class! Let us know what you’d like represented.

What do you think of the new local lineup?

🚀 THE TITAN ODYSSEY HAS ARRIVED! 🚀

This massive, Enterprise-inspired fan-art starship from Titan 3D is officially assembled—and it is an absolute beast!

🖨️ 11 full build plates
⏱️ 76 hours and 46 minutes of printing
⚖️ 2,747 grams of filament
✨ Nearly 6 pounds of glorious gold plastic

The amount of detail packed into this model is incredible, and that metallic gold makes every panel and line stand out. It looks amazing in pictures, but you really have to see the size of this thing in person to appreciate it!

Another epic Titan 3D design brought to life at 4M3D Printing!

So much new stuff is coming out every day! Where will 3D printing be in a year from now?

These are sooo cooooollll!!!

💀 The Empire has seen some things... 💀

Just finished these split-skull Stormtrooper helmets, and I can't stop staring at them. The metallic gold versions look incredible, but the real show-stealer is the glow-in-the-dark skull in the center. Once the lights go out, it takes on a whole different personality.

One of those prints that makes you walk past it three times just to look again.

So be honest... if you could only take one home, are you grabbing the gold or the glow? 👀
