Hiii friends, I am super excited to announce as the owner of Tooties Bowtique LLC that I have the honor of taking over Little Dove Bow Co. I am excited to inform you that all of your favorites will still be available from big bows to little bows to all different kinds of prints and styles.

My name is Chloe Franke and I am a stay at home mom of 3 babies. My daughter’s nickname is Tootie which is where our name comes from. I am so excited to make bows for each and every one of your sweet babes! I hope I can earn your business by providing great quality hand made bows. Please reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns at any point , I am always happy to help.
