m looking for someone to help. My husband passed away ; I have a choice to pay my bills , or pay to get have cremated and bring him home. Or leave slab on the they have him on in a freezer. He don't deserve to be:there
I didn't want to start a gofunfme because of the money the take out , and I need every penny (2000)
If you can don't I have PayPal
Venmo and cash app
Or I can met you in person.
You can also make a pledge to my utilities if that's safer

Sometimes, all we hear are the bad things young people do but not the good. I needed some good news today.
“I drive a school bus and have a 6 grader who I would like to talk about.
Last week he was talking about an elderly neighbor not leaving her house for weeks. I tried to explain how hard it could be for her to do things. On Tuesday I pulled up and he wasn't at the stop waiting. I looked over and saw him shoveling her porch. I was early so I waited for him. The other kids asked why I waited. I said anyone helping someone deserves a few extra minutes. All the kids started asking him questions about his neighbor. The next day 7 children got on the bus with blankets, food and cards for the elderly woman. I delivered them after worked. Now everyday she stands on the porch and the whole bus waves good morning. I am so proud of him for stepping up and doing the right thing. He taught all the children something important. I smile with pride in my heart because of the extraordinary children I have on my bus.”

I just wanted to say that we can’t wait to help people in the community, and make Longview a better place. Second Chances once made a difference back home in Alaska and now we’re looking to do the same here in Longview, WA.

All profits and donations from the community help us to meet emergency needs for clothing, household items, and furniture for local individuals and families in need.

Second Chances demonstrates the love of Christ by helping our community thrive as we empower people to help themselves and others.
