Recently a Northern Colorado business that goes by a similar name to ours closed down and emptied out their location in a Thornton shopping center. Obviously it was no coincidence and we were frustrated that this business chose to locate so close to our Longmont store and created a fair amount of confusion for our customers in and around Thornton. While we are pleased the confusion will now be over, we are finding it necessary to explain the situation to customers and suppliers reaching out to us now. We had no association with this location other than them being a competitor of ours, we are under different ownership with vastly different business philosphies. Customers needing help with service, water care advice, sauna projects, or any other sales or service related activity are welcome in Mountain Mist Spa & Sauna in Longmont or our Sister store Bear Naked Hot Tub & Sauna Co in Loveland. Customers with deposits on products or warranty service issues from the previous company located in Thornton that went under the DBA of Mountain Mist will need to seek remedy with that business. Thank you to all our loyal customers and to those looking for a new store to make your source for all things hot tub or sauna related we invite you to come on in to Longmont.
