HALLOWEEN 2023 WINNERS

Halloween is over and this year was outstanding with all the creativeness and vast amount of homeowners that decorated. It was a close race and a tough decision. Here are the winners for this year:

1- 167th Ln Haunted Garage
2- Race Ct Witch House
3- Lafayette Haunted Yard

Congrats!! Below are several of the houses in the neighborhood, including the winners. A member will be coming around next week with prizes.

Happy Autumn! It's the time of year for your HOA's Annual Meeting. Attached please find a copy of the mailed 2023 Fall Newsletter with Notice of Budget Ratification & Annual Meeting for North Creek Farms Homeowners Association to be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM via remote access. Meeting packet will be emailed out early next week to all owners that have shared their email contact information with the HOA. Please find the Zoom link to join the meeting in your email.

We need PROXIES! If you are unable to attend the meeting, please sign and return your proxy (a copy by email to [email protected] is fine,) so that your HOA is able to reach quorum for this important meeting. Please find the proxy form in your email.
