Adams Counties gyms shut down again. So freaking stupid. Hmm sounds legit just shut down in one county making the people there will be going to another county. So fu***ng stupid. I get this virus is bad. But let’s shut down healthy things. Bulls**t.

Dead stop dumbbell laterals. The only time you medial delts are activated is at the top part of the lateral. Doing dead stop laterals will work the top part it also keeps you from just swinging the weights. Up can see my one shoulder moves different the the other shoulder that is because of the 2 total shoulder replacements and multiple surgery’s on it.

3 weeks 5 days out and I am still pushing hard. Yesterday was the first day I got over 3k move calories. Over 5k total calories.
