Another custom quilt in the books. This sports team quilt was a lap size 40x50in) and the perfect decor to a good game day.
For this pattern, I combined a couple other patterns that the recipient had sent as inspo. This allowed me to make something unique and one of a kind.

This little lap quilt is coming together piece by piece. I am so excited to finish it up and see it all sewn and go to its new home. It is such a cute pattern. I’m quite proud of it if I do say so myself.

Oh hey there strangers 😅😅. So I may have gotten a little busy this past month. My classes for Aviation maintenance have started and the first few weeks were pretty busy but they’re going great! Im also still getting used to my new daily schedule. But I am trucking along now and getting into the groove better which means I’m making more time for sewing again finally.
The beginning of February I made this super simple wall hanging quilted heart just to keep my creative mind going.
It’s not perfect. But she’s cute.
I am currently in the process of making a chicken crossbody bag!! I’ll show yall that soon. And tag the person who came up with the pattern. It’s gonna be adorable.
But anyway. That’s why I’ve been a little MIA recently.
What have yall been up to or working on lately?

A memory quilt is in the works. It’s coming together so well. I can’t wait for it to go to its new home and be so loved!

Fabric haul from way back when. Just finally putting it away lol 😂😅.

Some of these fabrics are gonna be the cutest pop of color for lining of bags. And the others I’m excited to make the outside of the bags with. Can wait to start sewing with them.

This year has been full of getting back my creativity. And that I did. I made things just for me because I wanted to. I had fun with the projects I did. I tried new techniques and learned a ton. I can’t wait for what’s to come this next year.
