I fell in love with resin after taking a class at a local art studio when I moved to North Carolina in July 2022. I had never really heard of resin until then, the class I was taking was for glass & we used a little resin. I started watching videos of different artists and became completely fascinated with floral preservation (wedding and funeral bouquets) & pet memorials. After watching a billion

videos, I felt drawn to being able to provide this service whether its beautiful wedding flowers to cherish forever or a collar & toys of a lost best friend. The idea of being able to create this amazing piece of art just fills my heart with joy. However, before I dive into accepting such a tremendous job of such precious items- I have to start with much smaller pieces & learn about the different resins, molds, paints, powders, the preservation process ect. As I go through this fun process of learning & creating, I enjoy selling my uniquely colorful pieces at the local farmers market and different events in the community.
