✨ What You Should Know Wednesday ✨

Summer is officially here, which means ☀️ hotter weather, 🌬 windy days, and LOTS of fun celebrations! With outdoor parties in full swing, we wanted to share a few important things to know when booking balloon décor for your event.

At SkyeBlue Handmade, we will always recommend indoor setups when possible for the best longevity and overall look. However, if you’re dreaming of an outdoor setup — don’t worry, we’re not turning you away! 😊 We’ll help recommend the best placement possible (shaded areas, covered spaces, protection from wind, etc.) to help your balloons last and look their best.

We use high-quality products and do everything we can to ensure the best outcome for your setup, but one thing we can’t control is Mother Nature. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, humidity, and sudden weather changes can affect balloons much more than people realize — especially during the summer months! 🎈☀️

Because of this, every outdoor booking will now receive our Outdoor Balloon Décor Policy to review and sign. This policy helps protect both our clients and our business by making sure everyone understands how outdoor conditions can impact balloon installations and what to expect.

We truly hope this doesn’t offend anyone — our goal is simply to be transparent, helpful, and make sure your expectations are set for the best experience possible! 🫶

Freshly graduated 🌸💚🧡🎓

Grad Weekend #2 Pt. 1 ✨

This setup was such a blast, and I am obsessed with this color palette! 💐 Two best friends celebrating with a joint grad party… how fun is that?! 🥹

Not only did we get to create this colorful, pretty backdrop, but we also made individual balloon columns for each graduate featuring where they’ll be attending college next semester! 🎓👏

CALLING all my crafty small biz friends 🩵

I’m needing a couple custom decals made for balloons for this FRIDAY and wanted to reach out here first before ordering elsewhere! 🎈

I’ve definitely thought about getting a Cricut myself, but honestly I don’t have room to add another thing to my plate right now 😅 and I would much rather support another local friend/small business whenever I can!

If you make decals/stickers and can do a quick turnaround, message me! I’d also love to connect for possible future partnerships since I’ll likely need more custom decals for upcoming setups!✨
