My great defender protecting me this morning from attacks from squirrels and garbage trucks! Don’t mess with the old gal, she may be pushing 12ish but runs and jumps like the day we brought her home.

My wonderful & talented husband spent his week of vacation building a Murphy bed for when our family comes in to town. Staining the bed was messier than I realized but no worries! We easily cleaned him up with lemon oil! He dared to suggest using paint thinner! No way! What goes on your skin goes in your body!

This sounds like a great easy Taco Tuesday dinner!

Cilantro Lime Rice

2 cups white rice
8 drops Lime essential oil
1/2 bundle of cilantro

Cook rice according to directions
Once rice is cooked, mix in lime essential oil and cilantro

RICE MEAL: For a meal with this tasty rice, add grilled peppers, black beans, and cooked chicken or steak!
