We have a restock of Suppressor coming in today! Multiple Deadair cans, 30 caliber, 9 mm, and 22 LR. He also have some sonicore budget friendly suppressor options available. We are seeing individual form 4 submissions coming back on average 5 to 7 days.  Come in today and make the upcoming deer season a much quieter experience!

4 day approval , still seeing fast approvals. So you can wait for the government to change their rules or you can come in and take a suppressor home within a week most of the time!

So let’s address the elephant in the room! We’ve got numerous messages and calls already today asking about the Suppressor lawsuit that led to a Silencer being transferred on a 4473 bypassing a form4 which is the typical method for any NFA item.

The short answer is, we are not currently going to transfer them without a form 4 approval. The ATF has not given any guidance or made a rule change that would affect the general public as of yet.

The slightly longer answer is GOA and Silencer shop won a lawsuit on the basis that without a tax, the registration was nothing more than a gun registry. The judge agreed in when applied to the plaintiff of the case said the registration was no longer enforceable . 

There are many plaintiffs in this case, and I do believe this will become the rule and not the exception, but until such Change is made publicly we will follow all standing procedures and file a form4 for any silencer sold.

Tomorrow our hours will be reduced we will close at 3pm to prepare the Firework show for The Lake Life Companies, come out and join us on July 4th at the brewery to hear live music, good food , and the fireworks start at 9pm!

Let us be reminded on this day of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives for this nation. I have visited Arlington National Cemetery several times, where rows of headstones stretch farther than the eye can see. Let us always remember their courage in answering the call and paying the highest price for the freedoms we enjoy today.
