Here is the forth largest, or smallest since there are seven, bowl from the Maple burl that I cored. I know it looks a lot like the second and third ones, but that's the nature of cored bowls. I dyed the heartwood red and then the whole thing blue. The underlying yellowish color of the Maple made the blue turn out more greenish. I left the rim the natural Maple color. It's 10.5" x 4" and has a gloss finish. The next three bowls will be posted tomorrow.

Here is the third largest bowl from the Maple burl that I cored. I know it looks a lot like the second one, but that's the nature of cored bowls. I dyed the heartwood red and then the whole thing blue. The underlying yellowish color of the Maple made the blue turn out more greenish. I left the rim the natural Maple color. Here is the second largest bowl from the Maple burl that I cored. I dyed the heartwood red and then the whole thing blue.
