Absolutely got b***d on Bowser C415s. Believe Bowser pulled them back from my distributor sometime before March, but no one passed it on to those of us with preorders.

I found out only when I went to check to remind myself what I had pre-ordered in March 2024 and found them gone with no explanations.

Bowser was absolutely useless to the point they couldn't tell me on the phone if they had the part numbers I needed unless I opened an account with them. I had to go unload my van to get my tax certificate out of the crate it lives in so I have it at train shows to send them a copy only to find out they have zero available.

I find out today that going forward my distributor intends to discontinue Bowser entirely, with the remaining back orders questionable if I get any or not.

Other than about 10 pieces for customers I will probably just let it all go should that happen. The whole situation leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and if you wait long enough it's easy to pick up used pieces down the road, should I really want or need something.

Nov 22 Albany Train Show, Polish Center
Dec 7 Albany GTE show at the Egg
Dec 13 Cortland @ Brockway museum Rt. 11

In 2026 I expect to go to Utica, Hamburg, am paid for the Rochester GSME show, Amsterdam, and spring Fulton. Mid-March is up in the air, I can do Greenberg in Rochester, not sure if there will be an Albany show, or a new Binghamton show.

These shows are done: Greater Binghamton show (promoter), Camillus Spring Ahead show (venue)

I got the tail end of the O from an estate auction; 40 or so cars, 20-ish accessories, a ZW and a bunch of modern Lionel controllers. MTH stations, Lionel bascule bridge in the box, some other bits. Some of it going right to eBay, some to the next show Batavia 9/7

Postwar Lionel $10 each except Auto Loader $20. Or all 8 $75. Average condition, some chips, a couple have missing steps. Stake flat missing one stake and most of the pipes. One of each, a couple are shown twice.
