Bathroom progress for and . We went through many revisions to thoughtfully place the bathrooms to maximize space in the restaurant and pastry shop while working within the historic building. We sourced the tile, countertop stone, sinks and faucets all from in Little Rock. The final layout was a collaborative effort with , , and AIMC, and it’s exciting to see everything beginning to come together.

Lots of construction progress at and 🤍 We have Sheetrock, elevator shaft, stair railing, and now tile installed in the bathrooms. This tile was inspired by a bathroom design I loved in a historic café in Paris, now beautifully reimagined for our historic building in Little Rock. So thankful for , and for Little Rock for working diligently to help me source the perfect tile to bring it to life.

While in Jamaica, I had the opportunity to tour the organic culinary gardens at , where sustainability and education go hand in hand, with a mission similar to our .

Their hydroponic greenhouse produces up to 300 pounds of lettuce each week, alongside tomatoes and fresh aromatics. Local schoolchildren are invited to experience the farm firsthand, learning how food is grown through innovative techniques.

From composting garden waste to reusing over 30,000 gallons of harvested rainwater, Rockhouse is thoughtfully cultivating both the land and the next generation. We look forward to implementing and teaching these same concepts in Central Arkansas and beyond. 🌿
