New Moon Comics, LLC Began business in 2002. The physical store opened in 2003. Online-only since 2010. Discontinued operations as of September 2020.

Robert Guadagno started New Moon Comics, LLC as a dream ages ago, He made it a reality in 2002 - it's sad that the economy did them no favors between 2007 - 2010 when they had to close the physical store. New Moon Comics attempted to remain in business Online, but the cost of maintaining a viable e-commerce site, and paying rent for warehouse space (plus the fees involved in selling online) was sa

dly too much to sustain. In March 2020 New Moon Comics, LLC sent their remaining inventory to Matthew Bullock Auctioneers, LLC for liquidation, and all of New Moon’s eBay listings were closed. New Moon would have rather sold everything to a local retailer, but they sadly only received insulting low-ball offers as well as the typical statements from retail buyers: "Your stuff is not worth that much, I'm doing you a favor offering you $1.00 a long box." The first auction, which ended mid-May took in more than all of the lowest offers New Moon received combined. New Moon Comics continued with their online operations of new books up until their customers found a local shop to support. New Moon Comics asks everyone to please support your local comic shops! They sell more than comic books, and other pop culture items, they sell community, a place for belonging for comic fans. They will need you now and in the future! I've seen several friends post about fake accounts created with their names/pictures, etc.

I'm not sure if I'm grateful or insulted that no scammers have tried to pretend to be me - but, I guess who the hell wants to be ME!!!

This will be my only account, and I do still control New Moon Comics, LLC - but I'm scarcely posting there, I do when I have industry friends stuff to highlight, but the impressions that page gets on anything has always been nothing (otherwise, the online business and store itself would have BOOMED!).

That is all. :P

For anyone that comes to this page, we're no longer in operation. However, many local comic book shops are still open and need your support. Please support your LOCAL COMIC BOOK SHOP - find one by going to:

Comic shops are owned/operated by your fellow residence, in your town/area. NONE OF THEM are mega-corporations making millions (you're confusing them with the publishers/distributors).

In preparation of sending our inventory to Matthew Bullock Auctioneers, LLC. for liquidation, we've ended all of our eBay listings today.

We would rather sell everything to a local retailer, but only received insulting low-ball offers as well as the typical "your stuff is not worth that much, I'm doing you a favor." ROFL!!!

I started New Moon Comics, LLC as a dream ages ago, I made it my reality in 2002 - it's sad that the economy did us no favors between 2007 - 2010 when we had to close the physical store.

I will continue with the online operations of new books for my existing customers, but that will end when they find a local shop to support.

Thank you all for making my dream a reality, and for any continued support over these many years.
