The 2020 Fishing League is upon us. Dates are 19, 26 May; 2, 16, 30 June; 14, 25 July; 11, 25 Aug 2020. The lakes have not yet been determined. It will be $100 per boat with 100% payout at the end of the year to numerous positions. For more information please PM me your information and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

The weather was definitely unstable yesterday and had everyone watching the radar to see if we would fish on Big Swan Lake or not. In the end the storms missed us for the most part. We only had 12 of 18 teams fish our final night. For the teams that did show up, it was a great night fishing with 3 teams filling both bass and pike (THOMPSON & POLZIN, CZECK & HOLEWA, and TEAM VANHOVE). We also had 2 Teams get a Tri-Fecta - ALFORD & LARSON and MILLER & MULHOLLAND-AKA The White Spinnerbait Walleyes. Outside of those, there were plenty of other big fish caught. Here were the highlights:
Biggest Bass - 18.75 - Justin & Jeremy Skoglund
Biggest Pike- 35.5 - EKHOLM & MILLER
Biggest Walleye - 19 - MILLER & MULHOLLAND

We had 6 teams score over 25 pts last night!!!!

At the end of the night we had a 4 way tie for 1st! (I've never seen that before)

1st- 29pts - EKHOLM & MILLER
1st- 29pts - MILLER & MULHOLLAND-AKA The White Spinnerbait Walleyes
1st- 29pts - CZECK & HOLEWA

Last night was a great night to be on the water, however the rain and unstable weather earlier in the day made for some tough fishing. Prior to last night the reports that were coming off of North Long were all extremely positive with lots of walleyes being caught. Last night we only had 3 teams get any fill points and no Tri-fecta's which is extremely rare for North Long. CZECK & HOLEWA had a rare and impressive walleye fill!!! Some other catches of the night were a few 12" Crappies coming on rapala's and Team Eagle caught a life jacket and an ABU Garcia spinning combo (not sure what they were using for bait), unfortunately no points for those, but maybe bragging rights for the most unique thing caught all season.

Here were the highlights of the night:
Big Bass - 18" - THOMPSON & POLZIN
Big Pike- 30.75" - ALFORD & LARSON
Big Walleye - 22" - CZECK & HOLEWA

At the end of the night we had a tie for First between CZECK & HOLEWA and THOMPSON & POLZIN.
Here were the top 5
1st- 21pts - CZECK & HOLEWA
1st - 21pts - THOMPSON & POLZIN
3rd- 15pts - TIFFANY & ROSS
4th -14pts - ALFORD & LARSON
5th - 10pts - TEAM VANHOVE

Last night on Osakis was another great night to be on the water, and if you were lucky, you were one of the teams that caught some fish. We had a mix last night, with some teams doing well and others that struggled a little bit. Here were the highlights:
Biggest Bass - 18.5" - BRETT & DAVE
Biggest Pike - 32" - TEAM STAAB
Biggest Walleye - 24.25" - MILLER & MULHOLLAND

It was the night to target Pike, we had 27 pike to score vs only 19 Bass! We also had 4 Walleyes score last night, however only 2 teams were able to pull off the Tri-Fecta - Justin & Jeremy Skoglund and MILLER & MULHOLLAND.

At the end of the night the top spot went to MILLER & MULHOLLAND! Congrats guys.

2nd - 23pts - TEAM STAAB
3rd- 22pts - Justin & Jeremy Skoglund
4th- 18pts - TEAM BRENNY and THOMPSON & POLZIN

On Zebulon Pike Lake (Mississippi River) last night (7-24-18) It was an awesome night to be on the water, the weather was about as good as it could get. We had a good number of fish caught last night, here were the highlights:
Biggest Bass - 18.25" - MILLER & MULHOLLAND Biggest Pike -30" - MILLER & MULHOLLAND Biggest Walleye - 25"- MILLER & MULHOLLAND We had three teams get a Tri-fecta last night, obviously MILLER & MULHOLLAND (if you haven't picked up on that theme yet), and Team Eagle - Arne did it solo last night, and Brett and Dave also had a Tri-fecta.

Here's how the scores shook out at the end of the night:
Big congrats to MILLER & MULHOLLAND with 54 pts!!!
1st- 54pts - MILLER & MULHOLLAND
2nd- 19pts - CZECK & HOLEWA
3rd- 17pts - TEAM VANHOVE
4th- 16pts - TEAM BRENNY
Right behind them were Brett & Dave and EKHOLM & MILLER with 15pts.

With their big night MILLER & MULHOLLAND are now on top of the leaderboard.

Mike Thompson had a great night Tuesday the 10th at Pelican Lake. I think he may take these two all the way to the bank...
