It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to annouce the passing of my mother, Jacki Hersman, who left us unexpectedly today, after a morning spent in her happy place, her garden.

Words aren’t enough to express the shock our family is experiencing at the loss of someone so kind, caring and generous. My mother was the light of our family. Creativity flowed through her veins. And for the past twelve years I’ve been honored to watch White Church Co blossom as she expressed her passion for travel, gardening and cocktails through the art of her artisan jams.

Please keep our family in your thoughts, share a wonderful memory of our mother, and most importantly, hug your loved ones a little tighter today.

RIP to a truly remarkable lady. We all love you.
