As you all know, the store has had some strange hours the past couple of months. I was hired as a teacher in January and with that, life, motherhood, management of other businesses, and taking master classes for another degree, I needed to back away and breathe and figure out what needed my focus. I also own Harvest Moon Designs which was in a few different shops in the MidWest. Due to me being only one person, I have pulled out of all locations except my own shop, Main Curiosity.

I logged in this morning to make a post about upcoming hours and give a brief overview of where I have been, and I see some interesting notifications. Please keep in mind that these people have never interacted with this shop or anyone affiliated with this shop. I have been closed for WEEKS recallibrating, and moving in all of my inventory from locations all over the state (more on that on the Harvest Moon Designs page soon).

I have never met either of these people, and they have never shopped with me or any of my affiliate businesses. It is absolutely wild that anyone would personally seek out another person to harrass them and their businesses when they don't even know nor have ever met that person. I am hoping these two find peace in their lives and figure out why they feel the need to be so angry and attack others they don't even know. Praying for their souls and may they find a way to find peace in their lives.

We maybe walked into 1000's of BEES in the shop a couple days ago. I apologize for being closed today, but I wanted to ensure cleanliness and safety above all else.

But speaking of bees, check out some of our vendors Harvest Moon Designs (herbs, teas, natural rollerballs, and more) & Spurlin Homestead Farm (honey, beeswax candles, and more) at the Linton Farmers' Market next Saturday (5/16/26) from 9am-12pm.

As our shop is owned and operated by me, the gal that is Harvest Moon Designs and the Linton Farmers Market Manager, the shop will be closed during market hours, so I will be open from 2pm-6pm on Saturday, May 16th.

Stay tuned for upcoming summer schedules. I will have weekday hours open as well once school commences (Did I also mention I am a teacher?).

Thank you for your continued support during this crazy season of life! I couldn't do it without you!

We got so lost in the fun that we didn’t even take any pictures. Thank you to everyone who came to class today! It was a pleasure teaching and sharing with you all!

We learned about the benefits of different carrier oils, therapeutic essential oils, crystals, and herbs.

We set intentions and built recipes for using our oils for everything from grounding and self care to wrinkle reduction and hair growth.
