A lot of thought and perfect timing went in to this decision...The Swanky Market storefront will be under new ownership beginning December 1. As many of you know, I am a wife, mom to 5 children, a GiGi to a pretty awesome 3 month old as well as a teacher working long hours at school. I am missing too much time with the people I love and I am just not able to give the store the energy it needs. Giving my all is what I strive to do in everything that I do but one person only has so many hours in day. I am neglecting my family and the store...my family wouldn't go so I figured I better do something with the store (relax, I'm kidding😂) I started this little shop to provide our community with a fun place to shop and our local folks a place to sell their locally made goods. We succeeded! The shop grew into way more than I ever dreamed it would and it all happened because of your support. The Swanky Market products will still be carried at the store and online via the FB group and page.
So....just to give example of how things work out on God's perfect timing.... I woke up one day and said, I'm just going to ask courtney with BumbleBee Boutique if she is interested and just see what she says. She said absolutely, she had been looking at storefronts but had not committed to anything yet. Neither of us had any idea of what the other was thinking, it just couldn't have been timed any better! I am confident Courtney will carry out my vision to provide our community with great clothing, accessories and gifts. Thank you all for being wonderful customers, keep shopping with us! We hope to continue to have everything you need and want!
