❄️ Freeze. Thaw. POP. 💥 There’s a better way to build outside in Nebraska.

Traditional exterior tile can take a beating from Nebraska weather. Water works its way in, freezes and expands overnight, then warms back up during the day—eventually breaking the bond and causing tile to pop loose. For this project, we’re tearing out the old tile and replacing it with thick porcelain pavers from MSI. The paver system allows water to move freely without relying on the same bonded installation, giving these steps a much better solution for our freeze-thaw climate.

🔥 Oleg absolutely knocked this master bathroom out of the park!

This shower is packed with details that make the finished space something special. We used 24x48 tile on the bathroom floor, paired with a matching 2x2 mosaic on the shower floor for a seamless transition. Behind the scenes, the entire shower is waterproofed with Schluter® Systems, while custom quartz details add a clean, elevated finish. The double deco strip with matching bullnose gives the walls a unique look, and the completely custom niche brings everything together. Oleg’s craftsmanship and attention to detail really shine on this one!

🪵 Big boards. Big project. Beautiful results.

This wood floor was a standout from the start, featuring impressive 9½-inch-wide planks and a substantial veneer built for lasting beauty. With new wood flooring going throughout nearly the entire main level of this large home, we brought in a full crew to keep the installation moving while giving every detail the attention it deserved. The extra-wide planks create a bold, seamless look that completely transforms the space.

✨ It’s incredible how quickly the right window treatments can transform a room.

We recently installed these Norman® shutters, including two custom shutters with French door cutouts designed around the door handles for a clean look without sacrificing functionality. We also added a matching pair over two glass doors, tying everything together beautifully. The finished result feels intentional, polished, and completely changes the character of the space—and the transformation is practically instantaneous.
