Are you curious about raising broilers? Have you been raising layers and are interested in management of a dual purpose breed or excess roosters? Looking to improve your self sufficiency?
Our family farm is intent on raising the healthiest protein sources for our family with the goal of utilizing the most ethical methods while improving our land. We want to share our knowledge with our neighbors to build a more resilient community!
If the above interests you we would love to see you at our spring broiler class. We will cover various processing methods, ethical and legal considerations, and conclude with hands on training in processing and packing.
This small group class requires pre-registration, space is limited.
For a $60 registration fee you will leave with an new skill set and your own broiler processed and packaged.
