We may only have 2 more days for our regular chocolate season but there’s lots of deliciousness waiting for you!
Maine Sea Salted Caramels, Milk Chocolate Macadamia Toffee, all sorts of chocolate bark, chocolate dipped Oreos, chocolate truffle Lollies, a full case with at least 40 kinds of chocolate. And a bunch more yummy chocolate covered goodness!

This is the last weekend of the chocolate season !!
It’s been a crazy fun chocolate season for me! I’ve never created so many new recipes in a year and I’m looking forward to more new things coming next year.
But- summer is coming ☀️ and it time to close up the shop. TIme to enjoy the long anticipated brilliant Maine summer days. Time to close up my chocolate kitchen for a little while.

Could the summer weather finally be arriving this weekend???
I’m eagerly awaiting the beautiful warm weather after all this rain and an evening on the deck savoring (and maybe sharing) one of these marvelous S’mores.
I made a few kits which will be in the shop this weekend.

Years ago I made these for my mom - she’s always loved cows. So every year I make them for her and for you to share with your mom.

We have special hours this weekend:
Friday 12-6
Saturday 10-4
Closed on Sunday so we can spend the day with our fabulous moms!

It finally feels like spring!
My creative chocolate brain went crazy when I found these little French decorations!
So here they are… chocolate ganache lolllies.

The delicate Ladybug Lolly is bright, sweet, slightly tart, dark chocolate pomegranate ganache.
The cute Bumblebee Lolly is French white chocolate ganache made with Bob Tim’s’ beautiful local honey.
The Happy Sun Lolly is made with French milk chocolate folded with buttery caramel.
All are sprinkled with bright colored French vermicelli.
They are in the Limerick shop this weekend!
