Opening tomorrow (Friday) 10-6. Reminder that the shed is not insulated so PLEASE close the door quickly. There are 15 flavors of apples, pretzel and turtle bars, 4 & 8oz jars of caramel sauce and I've yet to make stuffed Oreos. If you're following along, my hand surgery is scheduled for Wednesday. If I sell out tomorrow I will make apples and bars and open for the last time this summer on Monday. If I don't sell out I'll list grab bags tomorrow night and see you in September. Also, I have put the deposit on my concession trailer so please start considering having me come to your community, business, school, event, whatever!! I'll be cutting up apples and covering them in my caramel sauce. More on that to come. It'll be ready to pick up at the beginning of July. I can't say thank you enough to you for your support. It is appreciated more than any post could explain. Have an amazing Friday and a wonderful weekend!! Thanks!

I would compare this jar of caramel sauce to Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge. It's soft enough to dip a pretzel into, but if you heat it up it'll pour out like a caramel syrup. Based on feedback, I'm going to say that the jar is good for 5 to 7 days on your counter. But if you plan on savoring it longer I would put it in the fridge and warm it up as needed. Mine has been in the fridge for over a month and it's still good but I'm saying I'll guarantee it for 3 weeks refrigerated. I'm working on finalizing my concession trailer order. And will eventually be offering these diced apple caramel bowls. Opening 8-1 Monday. Please make sure you close the door as quickly as possible. The shed is not insulated so the cold air is gold!! MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE 🎉🎊💃🏼 sometime in June, hopefully within the next two weeks I will be having surgery on both of my wrists/hand. I'll be unable to do apples for at least 4 (doc would say 5) weeks. That's quite a bit of time to go without an income so I'm going to open tomorrow 12-6 and Tuesday 8-1. If you need any end of year gifts or just want to grab an apple or bar, please please please stop by this week. I'm also going to be open Friday 10-6 but closed over the weekend because my grandkids will be here. I'll be making Twix bars and Pecan Debbie's (shortbread cookies) and some chocolate dipped stuff as well. 93 Swamp Pike 🍏🍫
