these are Bantam Eggs which are a bit smaller is size but just as tasty! 😋 They are nutritious, rich, and versatile, offering a higher yolk-to-white ratio than standard eggs in a smaller package. They are ideal for quick, high-protein snacks, kid-sized meals. Generally, two bantam eggs are roughly equivalent to one standard large egg, making them perfect for portion control.
For those of you picking up Unwashed tomorrow, they are located on the shelf at the front of the salon! Soon we will have a mini fridge to keep the washed ones up front also! 🫶
