Our 5-Gallon Barrel Program gives you the opportunity to create a custom-finished bourbon with your choice of finish, semi-personalized labeling, and your own full yield of bottles to share, gift, or keep close.

Choose between a Medium Toasted or Level 3 Char finish, then let time do the rest.

Every program includes the finished bottles and the empty barrel as a keepsake.

Blue Corn Single Barrel is back.

Last time we sold out online in less than a day. Available online and in our distillery gift shop, with additional single barrels available for select barrel picks.

While our original Blue Corn expression highlights wheat, this new release brings rye into the mash bill for the very first time, creating a completely different take on the grain that helped define us.

Made with heirloom, non-GMO blue corn and bottled individually at full cask strength, select barrels reach as high as 147 proof. The result is a bold, layered pour with notes of amaretto, orange liqueur, baking spice, dark caramel, toasted oak, and rich full-bodied depth unique to each barrel.

In a world full of bourbons, Blue Corn has always stood apart — and this release pushes it even further.

While the racing world turns its attention to the Preakness today, we’re still raising a glass to last year’s Derby winner.

After the overwhelming response to our Mystik Dan 2024 Derby Winner Commemorative Single Barrel, we decided to bottle another barrel.

A limited number of bottles are still available at the distillery gift shop, and for everyone who’s been asking—we’re planning to release a small amount online next week.

Selected alongside Mystik Dan’s ownership team and bottled at cask strength, this 9-Year Elkwood Reserve release opens with baked apple, orchard pear, warm spice, brown sugar, and oak.
