This week, we welcomed the Women In Fire Board of Directors to GALLS headquarters for two days of learning, collaboration, and conversation.

Together, we toured our distribution center, visited a local GALLS store, met with GALLS CEO Mike Fadden and our leadership team, and discussed how we can continue improving uniforms, gear, and the customer experience for female firefighters.

We also visited Lexington’s oldest fire department and toured the LION manufacturing facility to see how turnout gear is made.

One of the most valuable parts of the visit was the opportunity to listen. Hearing directly from firefighters helps us better understand their needs and identify ways we can continue improving how we serve the fire service.

Thank you to Women in Fire for spending time with us and for the important work you do to support and advocate for women across the fire service.
