South Carolina why are we letting animals be abused, neglected, abandoned, shot, dumped, chained, used for bait and fighting? Change the laws this is disgusting! Here are two dogs found just a few days apart one lived her life on a chain. A chain was placed around her neck as a puppy and then wrapped around a tree where she lived 24/7. She had several litters of puppies while she was chained to the tree. The worst part is her owners never thought to adjust the chain around her neck. The chain grew into her neck. Some how her chain broke and she was running the streets and ended up hanging from a part of her chain where it cut a one inch Circle around her neck and had to have surgery to remove it. Angel was found this big thick furry guy but covered in maggots, fleas, and buckshot. Apparently people think it’s funny or ok to shoot stray animals people dumped in the woods. Once Angels fur was shaved they seen how skinny this dog was near death. Is this really ok South Carolina? Is this how we want our State remembered an animal abuse state?
