I’ve wanted a quality snippet of one of my instruments for a long time so huge thanks to Jackson for making it happen. We had a lot of fun playing both of my cellos, this one being his Goffriller model. It’s a 3% reduction of the 1693 Schneider and packs a serious punch, hear for yourself, preferably on anything other than your phone speakers.

*Available for trial or purchase* While the cello in the other video was a reduction of a Goffriller, this one is an enlargement of the 1777 Guadagnini ‘Simpson’ cello with a back length of 73cm. The fun of cello making is adapting any design, within reason, to the player’s preferences. This one is compact and comfortable to play but still packs a punch and is available for trial or purchase. Thanks again to the multi-talented Jackson for the snippet.

I was going through my phone to try and determine when my truck shock might’ve rusted through the mount (last photo) and came across the macro photos of some fingerboard work. I’d rather do a dozen fingerboards than work on the truck and I may just do that.
