The fireworks will now be launched from north of the Veteran's Pavilion — but don’t worry, the Veteran's Pavilion area is still the BEST and most recommended place to watch the show! Please stay behind caution tape and beyond to view!

🚗 Good news on parking!
Taft Street will remain open, so you can park along the street.
You can also use the Lexington Family Aquatic Center (LFAC) parking lot.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and your favorite people — it’s going to be a great night! 🎇

We've got some important news regarding fireworks as we approach the upcoming celebrations:

This year marks the first year since City Ordinance 2456 is in effect for this years celebrations and many people are asking what the new ordinance says.

WHEN CAN I BUY FIREWORKS????
______Fireworks sales begin on June 28th!!!_______

WHEN CAN I LIGHT FIREWORKS?????

______June 28th to July 3rd, you're welcome to enjoy fireworks between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM.

______July 4th the hours are extended from 9:00 AM until Midnight.

This new ordinance aims to ensure everyone can celebrate safely and respectfully.
