You’ve got a friend in me… and a whole lot of crazy in this crew! 🤠🚀💛

To infinity and beyond with my favorite people! Another Halloween, another family costume, and another memory I wish I could bottle up forever. 🥹❤️

These are the days, and there’s no one I’d rather have by my side. 🧸✨

One day, their little hands won’t fit inside yours anymore. 🥹💔

And that’s the part of motherhood nobody can really prepare you for.

One day, the tiny hands that reach for yours will be bigger. The little fingers covered in paint will be holding pencils, baseball bats, and eventually car keys.

And the sweet little voice asking, “Mommy, can we make something?” won’t always be asking.

But right now? They’re still little. ❤️

Right now, their hands are small enough to turn into silly Halloween monsters. They still think making a mess with paint is the greatest thing in the world. And they still want YOU right there beside them.

So make the crafts. Get out the paint. Let them make a mess. Save those tiny handprints.

Because someday, you’ll pull out that crooked little Halloween creation, trace your fingers over those tiny painted hands, and wish with everything in you that you could hold them at that size just one more time. 😭

The craft might only take 10 minutes, but someday it’ll be a piece of their childhood you can hold forever. ❤️

Save this sweet Halloween handprint idea before those little hands get any bigger. 🥹🎃

You don’t need a whole classroom in your house to help your child learn. ❤️

As a former Pre-K teacher and mom of 4, I look for simple supplies we can use again and again- for creating, counting, practicing little skills, and playing together.

These are the basics I’d start with if I were putting together an at-home learning stash from scratch. Nothing complicated. Just useful, versatile items that give little hands plenty to do. ✂️🖍️

And remember: the supplies are there to support the learning. The conversations, curiosity, and time together matter most.

Swipe through for my picks, and save this for your next supply restock! Which of these does your child reach for most?

One day, those little feet you’re constantly tripping over will walk right out your front door… and into a life of their own. 🥹💔

And suddenly, you’ll wish you could go back.

Back to the tiny toes covered in paint.
Back to the little feet running through your house.
Back to the days when they needed you for everything.
Back to when their whole world fit inside the walls of your home. 😭

It’s funny how we spend so much of motherhood cleaning up the messes, picking up the toys, and wishing for just five minutes of quiet…

Only to realize that someday, the house will be quiet. The floors will be clean. And those little feet won’t be running down the hallway anymore.

That’s why I make the silly crafts.

Not because they’re perfect. Not because they’re Pinterest-worthy.

But because one day, I’ll hold this little piece of paper and remember exactly how small their feet used to be. 🥹

So paint the feet. Make the mess. Keep the memories.

Because the footprints get bigger… but the time we have with them under our roof gets smaller. 💔

Save this Halloween keepsake idea before those little feet grow another size. 🧡

Want to teach your preschooler at home but have NO idea what to actually do with them all morning? 👀👇

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about teaching little kids at home is that you need a Pinterest-perfect lesson plan, hours of prep, and a million supplies.

You DON’T. ❤️

As a former Pre-K teacher and mom of four, I promise you that some of the BEST learning happens through the simplest activities.

Here’s a little peek at what homeschool preschool looked like one morning with my 5-year-old and 2-year-old! 🥹

✨ Open-ended play to encourage creativity and independence

🔷 Building with magnetic tiles while exploring shapes and colors

🎨 Hands-on art to strengthen those little fine motor muscles

☀️ Outdoor time to move our bodies and explore

📚 Reading together to build language and a love of books

✏️ A little letter and number practice through play

And the best part? My kids didn’t feel like they were sitting through school. They were just PLAYING.

Because at this age, play IS learning. ❤️

You don’t need to recreate a classroom in your living room to give your child a great preschool education.

You just need a little intentional time together.

And mama, please don’t underestimate how much they’re learning in those ordinary moments. 🥹

One day, I’ll pull out these tiny handprints and wish more than anything that I could hold those little hands again. 🥹💔

Right now, they’re just messy little hands covered in paint. Tiny fingers that leave fingerprints on my windows, tug on my shirt, and reach for mine every chance they get.

But someday, those hands will be bigger. They won’t need mine to cross the street. They won’t reach up for me to hold them quite as often. And these little handprints will be all that’s left of a season I would give anything to visit just one more time. 😭

That’s why I save the crafts. The crooked pumpkins. The imperfect little ghosts. Every single one.

Because someday, I won’t see paint on paper.

I’ll see the little hands that made me a mama. 🧡

So make the mess. Get out the paint. Save the handprints.

Because the days are long, but the little hands don’t stay little nearly long enough. 🥹

Save this Halloween handprint craft idea and make a memory you’ll treasure long after the paint dries. 🎃

One day, they’ll stop reaching for our hands… and I wonder if we’ll wish we had held on just a little longer. 🥹💔

The little footsteps following us everywhere. The tiny hands reaching for ours. The constant “Mom, watch this!” and “Mom, can you help me?”

Right now, it can feel like we’re needed every second of every day.

But someday, we won’t be.

Someday, we’ll miss the interruptions. The little voices calling our names. The ordinary moments we didn’t realize were becoming our most precious memories.

And when I look back on my life, I don’t think I’ll wish I had answered more emails, checked more things off my to-do list, or accomplished more.

I’ll wish for one more day with my babies this little. ❤️

So here’s your reminder (and mine): The little people standing right in front of us will always be more important than the things pulling us away.

Because raising them isn’t getting in the way of our life’s work.

It IS our life’s work. 🥹

My pediatrician said she hardly ever sees THIS anymore… 🥹❤️

When she walked into the room, she was shocked to see my little boy happily playing with his Busy Book instead of watching a phone or tablet.

But what surprised her even more was watching him recognize his shapes, colors, and all the little things he’s been learning through play. 🥹

And as a mom AND former Pre-K teacher, that moment meant more to me than she could ever know.

Because this is exactly WHY I started designing these books.

Not just to keep little hands busy. But to help little minds grow. To give our kids something meaningful to do during all those moments when it’s so easy to hand over a screen.

The waiting rooms. The restaurants. The car rides. The everyday moments.

Sometimes we underestimate just how much our little ones are capable of when we give them the opportunity to learn through play. ❤️

Childhood is too precious to spend looking down at a screen. And learning doesn’t have to feel like learning.

I’m so grateful I get to create something that makes a difference, starting with my own babies. 🥹

One day, those tiny hands won’t be so tiny anymore. 🥹💔

And the little fingers covered in paint, the messy craft tables, and the sweet handmade creations you almost threw away? They’ll become the things you treasure most.

Because someday, you’ll look at those little handprints and wish more than anything that you could go back and hold those tiny hands just one more time. 😭

So make the crafts. Embrace the mess. Save the handprints.

Because we’re not just making Halloween decorations. We’re making little pieces of their childhood that we get to keep forever. 🧡

And if you’re in the thick of motherhood right now, here’s your reminder: These are the days we’ll wish we could have back.
