🏡 We all love to have a clean home.
But sometimes life happens, and becomes a little too busy. I’m there with you at times!
On the surface, we can make it look pretty, but what’s happening deeper? THAT is where smells lurk.

But do you know what I have found?
When I clean my home deeply, the fragrance smells so much better and longer lasting!
Why? It’s not competing with crud.
Take a look at the pictures that I’ve attached (oh yeah, I’m being very transparent here! 😳).
The first couple pictures I took right after I vacuumed and mopped, but take a look at the maroon chair. That my friends is where the funky smells will lurk if we’re not intentional.
This chair is where my sweet little Charley likes to lay. She’s an Aussiedoodle, so she doesn’t shed, but there is definitely something she leaves behind.
Take a look at the before and after line on the ottoman. Ewwww…..
Immediately, my home smelled so much better when I finished the task of vacuuming all my furniture. (And those that know her, know Charley does not know boundaries…. and yes she sits on all furniture like I do).
I am showing you the embarrassing pic of the vacuum just so you know, we all have crud, dirt and need the reminder that there was a reason homemakers had set days to complete set tasks.
This is why.
