MAIN STREET SPOTLIGHT 🌸

For our next Main Street Spotlight, we are highlighting 4-Ever Flowers, right here on the Lewisburg Square!

We spoke with owner Angie Burditt, who has been in the flower business for 26 years! While Angie originally went to college with plans to become a teacher, she decided to give the flower business a try — and it just sort of took off!

4-Ever Flowers has been part of the Lewisburg Square community for the past three years, becoming a familiar and welcoming spot for flowers, gifts, and more.

Of course, 4-Ever Flowers is known for their beautiful flower arrangements, but Angie wants everyone to know that they have “a little bit of everything!” Along with flowers, they carry gift items, clothing, and more!

Another special part of 4Ever Flowers’ story is Angie’s four boys, who grew up working in the business and making deliveries. Over the years, they’ve been a part of the business and its journey, making 4-Ever Flowers a true family business. 💐

And if you’re planning a wedding, be sure to keep 4-Ever Flowers in mind! They do lots of weddings and aren’t limited to just the Lewisburg area!

When we asked Angie what her favorite part about being on the Square is, she shared that she loves the activities and getting to meet people from out of town who come into our community specifically because they “want to know more about Marshall County and what we offer.”

We love having businesses like 4-Ever Flowers that not only serve our community, but also get to welcome visitors and show them a little bit of what makes Marshall County special. 🤍

Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM–4 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–12 PM
Sunday–Monday: Closed

Did you know the Lewisburg Pumpkin Trail has been bringing Halloween fun to our community since 2017? 👻

Hosted by our local Young Professionals of Marshall County, this annual event brings the Square to life as local small businesses join in to hand out candy and welcome families for a fun night of trick-or-treating! 🍬🧡

MAIN STREET SPOTLIGHT 🌿

For our next Main Street Spotlight, we are highlighting Wild Roots Boutique, right here on the Lewisburg Square!

We spoke with owner Kourtney Gaylor and she shared, “We aren’t your regular plant store!” 🌱 There is so much more to Wild Roots than what meets the eye!

Known for their beautiful selection of plants, from common favorites to rare finds and household plants, Wild Roots Boutique has been part of our downtown community since November 2024. But the business itself began in March 2021 as a mobile plant boutique! Kourtney even brought Wild Roots to Lewisburg as a vendor for our Fun Fridays, where she fell in love with the square and the community. That experience eventually inspired her to open her storefront downtown!

Along with their wide variety of plants, they offer plant repotting using their own handcrafted soil, in-house plant care, and so much more!

Wild Roots is also home to 14+ amazing local vendors, offering a wide variety of unique handmade goods and finds. Their youngest vendors being an 8 and 13-year-old sister duo!

Kourtney also wants her customers to be comfortable knowing that the plants they purchase from Wild Roots are well cared for before they ever make it home. 🪴

When it comes to being part of the Main Street Lewisburg community, Kourtney said her favorite thing is being “right in the center of the heart of Lewisburg.” She loves being part of the events and community that make the square so special. Her hope is for Wild Roots to be a place where people can relax, slow down, and find a little peace. 🤍

Wild Roots also hosts hands-on workshops, including children’s plant workshops and workshops for plant lovers! Tickets must be purchased in advance either in-store or online.

Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM

DID YOU KNOW LEWISBURG? 👀

Lewisburg’s Public Square has been a gathering place for local businesses and the community for more than a century!

This photograph, taken around 1910, shows people gathered on the east side of the Public Square, with the Plain Price Store and J.C. Adams building visible in the background.

Over 100 years later, our Square is still a place where people come to shop, eat, gather, and support local businesses. 🤍
