Never got his name but here’s the big man on campus this week! 2 Sheep Head, 2 Togue, and a 19” Flatty! Congrats man on all the nice catches!

Been hotter than hades out here on the pier with a couple storms scaring people off so not too many reports of what's going on out here. But fortunately had some locals roll into the shop early this morning saying the flounder bite has been getting a lil nicer. Went out on the pier to take a look and everyones said there's still a solid Spot bite on bloods and fishbites. Nothing crazy however couple night time fisherman have been leaving with coolers full on nighttime high tide. Also a couple slot stripers have been making appearances out here. Cooler weather is the forecast for the next couple weeks so let's hope the weather man is right for a change!

Big man Tyler out here with yet another 21” flatty! I’ll tell you what the boy could out fish just about anyone on the pier at all times.

Peir Rat Nate earlier this week with a hefty 18" flounder. He was here literally 24 mins and landed this keeper. Jigging gulp and covering ground is a solid approach to these flatties out here on the pier.

Heat has been brutal the last few days and the pier hasn't had too much attention until last night. The last customer I had last night was the first person I saw this morning. He said everyone here last night was rocking 2-3 jumbo spot at a time all night long and had a cooler full to back it up. Bloodworms and lugworms were the ticket with blood worms getting a little bit more love. Along with the heat slot stripers and decent flounder seem to be picking up as well.

Tyler has been the big man on campus here lately. He has been on a role! Perfect keeper flounder right here. Flounder but has been off and on out on the pier. Lots of shorts with the occasional keeper. Just have to know what your doing to catch these guys. Catching a flounder will show you the difference between a fisherman and some guy that knows nothing right now.
