FishDaddy LLC Announces Acquisition of All-Terrain Tackle from Clam Outdoors®

Lester Prairie, Minn. (March 12th 2026) – Two Minnesota companies have joined forces in the tackle industry— All-Terrain Tackle which was acquired by Clam Outdoors in 2019. Will now be added to the up and coming popular FishDaddy brand. A company that specializes in LED equipped tackle and is based in Lester Prairie, Minnesota. “All Terrain Tackle is a well known brand in the upper midwest.” Said Andy Clayburn who is the owner of FishDaddy.

All-Terrain Tackle, was originally founded by Steve Hauge and was located in Prior Lake, Minnesota. It had rapidly grown its line of bass jigs, gaining huge market exposure through its grass roots marketing. Bass Angling Pros have garnered hundreds of thousands of dollars in tournament winnings due to their partnership with All-Terrain Tackle.

Clayburn said, “We have spoken to the original founder [Steve Hauge], bass professionals, the Clam design staff, dealers, distributors, and we found some core themes in our discussions about the products. They all love the brand but would like to see some improvements in the products, so that will be our main focus.”

According to Clayburn, All-Terrain Tackle will place a pause on sales for the 2026 season and have a grand re-opening for the 2027 season. They will be taking orders from their distributors and dealers for the 2027 season starting May of 2026.

Clayburn said, “We are super excited to reimagine what All-Terrain Tackle can and will be. I want to revitalize that entrepreneurial spirit within the company that made All-Terrian Tackle popular!”
