Digital Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Plans and executes Web, Search, Marketing, email, Social Media,
and E-Commerce Marketplace Advertising Campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of digital marketing
campaigns including ACOS and ROI. Optimizes spend and
conversions.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital
marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create content, product
listings, and landing pages that increase sales and conversions.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer
experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
Desired Education, Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, design, or a related
field
• Work / project experience in digital marketing, particularly within
the industry
• Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and/or display advertising campaigns – particularly related
to Amazon.com
• Experience / knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user
funnels
• Experience / knowledge with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Experience / knowledge of e-Commerce marketing analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Knowledge of photo / image software helpful – (In Design,
photoshop, Gimp, etc.)
