In the process of redoing 2 plaques. Each plaque takes 1 hrs 40 min to engrave. Add in the time to design & layout, run a test card for engraving settings, run a sample, custom make wooden frames, glue up, sand, paint & finish, then assemble. Now add the cost of materials and dont forget the electricity cost...walla! What's your time worth?

Here's a couple of dedication plaques for the Lavalley Rec Center. The 2 tone acrylic takes a bit to dial in but with a few tricks up our sleeves, we nailed it!

I took some time to play around with a mudflap design for our personal truck. This is the 1st run. Stuff is tough to cut on the laser...took multiple passes. I'll probably use a bandsaw to cut the shape out and just engrave the designs. I'm going to let the red paint dry then lightly sand it down to see how it comes out.
