No changes or alterations to premade, ready to ship items, unless specified in their description. Any changes will delay shipping, because of additional production time needed. Once completed you will be noti

Turnaround time-6-8 weeks based on current number of orders, if your item is in stock & the design. Epoxy can be unforgiving, flaws could result in starting over (this doesn’t happen often, but can happen). Your order will be started when full payment is received. After that you have 24 hours to make any changes, after that a change order fee will be applied. Changes will also result in a delay of completion & delivery of your item. Additions to an order will result in it going to the end of the line, behind any previously received orders. We can combine original order with new one, but it will delay shipping of the first order, until other items are completed. New items are NOT sped up, to go out with the first order. Photos will be sent of final product, prior to shipping. Once approval is received, all sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds. EXCEPTION- If there is a mistake, ON OUR PART, it will be corrected ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your item. We do not guarantee a set deadline or delivery date. Not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed packages. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail -Tracking & $50 insurance included in shipping & handling. Additional insurance available for additional fees. Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery & delays. Any damages during shipping will be filed with USPS. ALL TUMBLERS
Due to the nature of epoxy, yellowing over time due to UV exposure can happen. We are not responsible for yellowing. We use high quality UV epoxy to help prevent this as much as possible. Do not soak, put in dishwasher, microwave, leave in extreme heat or extreme cold, drop or slam your cup. Dropping any tumbler may result in the seal of the cup being broken, this will cause it not to hold temperature correctly. Epoxy is very durable, but if you drop, slam down, or are too rough with your cup you can lift the seal, or crack the epoxy. Sublimation cups come with special coating, to allow for the imprint to be applied. This surface is subject to scratches and marks, like any other surface. We are not responsible for items that become scratched after you receive them. ALL ORDERS
DISCLAIMER – Glitter happens! If you are ordering any non-glittered items - there may be a few tiny pieces of glitter included for free! They are hardly noticeable but this may happen. Items are made by hand, they are all 100% unique & there also may be minor imperfections. You agree to follow the instructions on the enclosed care cards for all purchases. Decals - Apply as soon as possible to prevent application issues. Only to surfaces with temperatures between 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit & should be allowed to cure for 24 hours before getting wet. Weather will cause the decal to decay & eventually peel. The smaller the details, the more faster this is likely to happen. All fabric items - Follow the manufacturers instructions for cleaning, avoid bleach or harsh cleansers that may cause your item/image to fade or become distorted. All items fade over time, we cannot be held responsible for that once you receive the item. We're a SMOKE FREE workshop! However, occasionally a stray hair (from myself or one of my furry friends) may sneak into a box. We do our best to prevent this, but we are a PET FRIENDLY home & apologize if this happens.
