As I put on the new strings, I was thinking of how this started out and all the s**t I have put this tele thru, It has been a work horse for several years for me.
But I wanted to thank Steven George Brown from SGB Guitars. For years he has been a staple to a lot of local musicians and I have had the pleasure of knowing him as a friend and not just vendor.
Every time I bring him this tele with a new idea, And there has been a lot of them, he just makes it happen. He has taken care of and repaired everything I own with strings, he is a true master at his craft.
You can usually find him at his Shop in Lee county working on something new,using hand tools to shape and craft a new guitar for someone we all know and hear on the radio. Yes , I tell you again He is the best!!!
We, as musicians usually call him on Saturday morning frantically needing his help with something like… something got spilt on this last night and now it makes a weird noise….
Without hesitation, he just gets it done.
But this time is different, I say thank you for keeping my crap running and sounding great, and nothing is broken just wanted to say thanks.
