Do you meditate? Madame Heather I was never really into “meditating”. However, I have been meditating for small intermittent periods throughout the day(5 to 10 minutes max). It really clears my mind and leaves me feeling calm + refreshed. My boys and I have also been taking mindfulness walks every morning. We walk as quietly as possible paying attention to wildlife, plants, people, and our own thoughts + feelings. Walking meditations in nature are the best rejuvenation pills available anywhere! 🦉❤️🙏🏻 Gratitude for Archangel Raphael whom is the angel for Lightworkers and healers everywhere🌟
