June is all about celebrating the moments that make sports memorable, and this Leroy Neiman print of Kansas City legend George Brett is one of our favorites.

Neiman's bold colors and energetic brushwork perfectly capture the power and movement of Brett's iconic swing. To complement the artwork, we selected a rich Royals blue mat that ties directly into the uniform while making the colors of the print stand out even more. The clean black frame keeps the focus on the artwork and gives the piece a timeless look that works just as well in an office, game room, or sports collection.

This limited-edition print, "Sister of Icarus" by artist Rick Wright, captures the determination that athletes know so well.

We paired the print with a deep navy fabric mat to complement the cool tones of the artwork. The bronze metallic frame creates a beautiful contrast, bringing balance to the piece and highlighting the dramatic colors within the image. Together, the frame and mat create a combination we absolutely fell in love with.

As graduation season comes to a close, we're reminded that some achievements deserve more than a spot in a drawer.

This custom shadow box was created to preserve the memories of a Summit Christian Academy athlete who earned 1st Place at State. The family brought in the items that told the story: the competition jersey, state medals, race bib, photographs from the big day, and even the original shoes worn along the journey.

The bold blue mat was selected to match the school's colors, while the black frame provides a clean, timeless presentation. Small details, like the lucky shoe spikes displayed alongside the jersey and the medals mounted in their original ribbons, help capture not just the accomplishment, but the dedication behind it.

Congratulations to all the students, athletes, and families celebrating milestones. We're honored to help preserve the moments that matter most. 🏅👟💙

On June 2, 1856, a small battle fought near Baldwin City, Kansas would help shape the course of American history.

Often called the first battle of the Civil War, the Battle of Black Jack was led by abolitionist John Brown during the violent conflict known as "Bleeding Kansas." The struggle over whether Kansas would enter the Union as a free or slave state turned neighbors against one another and became a preview of the larger war that would follow.

This framed print features Tragic Prelude by artist John Steuart Curry, one of the most recognizable images in Kansas history. Painted in 1942 and displayed in the Kansas State Capitol, the mural portrays John Brown standing amid the turmoil that defined the era.

For this piece, we selected a warm, weathered textured wood frame that complements the historic moment and matches the mural's aged appearance.

For this custom Mizzou piece, we brought together two degrees, a commemorative stole, and artwork of the university’s iconic columns into one clean, unified display. The vertical layout helped tell the full story while keeping the piece elegant and balanced.

This Simpson University diploma was framed as a gift for the graduate so it could be proudly displayed in his office for years to come.

For the matting, we used a textured black mat along with a red accent mat that ties in the university colors. To finish it off, we chose a dark frame with subtle red detailing and a gold inner liner. The gold adds warmth and formality, while the darker outer frame keeps the overall presentation professional and timeless.

Graduation represents years of sacrifice, long nights, discipline, and perseverance. We were honored to help preserve this UMKC School of Pharmacy white coat in a way that reflects the significance of the achievement.

This piece was carefully hand-stitched to the mat to properly support and preserve the jacket while giving it a clean, professional presentation inside the shadow box frame. The deep blue background helps the white coat and UMKC emblem stand out beautifully.

This Taekwondo certification marks years of discipline, training, perseverance, and growth.

For the matting, we used a deep blue top mat with a gold accent mat underneath, drawing on the colors and details already present in the certificate. Paired with the darker frame, the textured finish of the frame has an almost hand-carved look that fits well with the traditional roots of Taekwondo.

Peter Max pieces never quietly sit in a room. They instantly bring energy, movement, and color wherever they’re displayed.

For this vibrant piece, we chose a classic gold frame and clean white mat to allow the bold personality of the painting to stand out. The gold frame especially helps pull out the warm yellows and reds woven throughout the picture.

This delicate silhouette piece draws you in with its quiet detail and innocence. The soft texture of the paper, the hand-cut feel of the figure, and the subtle movement in the dress all work together beautifully.

To complement the artwork, we paired it with an ornate dark frame and bronze metallic edge that adds just enough elegance without overpowering the simplicity of the piece.
